Thank you for visiting my blog. I have lived and practiced real estate in London for over 20 years; I can tell you quite a bit about this city! Please feel free to ask me any questions that you have about London, or tell me about your stories, I'd love to hear from you.

Interesting question. Land registry would tell you when title was conveyed; thus, giving an indication of when the house was built. Your local real estate board might have the info, city hall should have a record as to when a building permit was taken out, maybe an old neighbour might have some insight, look under a tank lid of an original toilet, and possibly the date is stamped on the metal trim of some double pane windows.
Happy hunting!
